Climate Activists Disheartened When They Realized Elected Lorax Does Not in Fact Speak for the Trees

Climate activists are flabbergasted that the president-elect, an orange, rotund, and bleached blonde, stout man, supports policies that would inherently damage the environment. Activists claim that they were deceived by the president's appearance, said to resemble the tree-friendly character “The Lorax” from the popular children's cartoon. 

Outraged, young adult protestors in New York chanted, “The lorax does not speak for the trees!” Investigating the delusionality of the issue, the misinformation seems to have originated from an online Reddit forum titled r/voteloraxforpresident. 

r/voteloraxforpresident consists of a stream of pro-trump, pro-lorax messages despite the obvious contradicting views on capitalism. Various posts include photos of the former president lurking in the trees around the edges of golf courses all over the country, possibly furthering the confusion of these airheaded activists. Maybe Trump really does love trees.. or he is just bad at golf. All we can say for now is that looks can deceive, especially when someone uses that much spray tan.
