Spring sprang
I walk down
Down
Down
The STREET.
The wind blowing in my face, whatever it’s fine.
Then then then then then out of nowhere
I hear this clomp. Clomp. Clomp. Someone is following me
A STABBING PAIN SHOOTS THROUGH MY SHOULDER
I turn around to face this presence.
“HI THERE WHAT’S YOUR NAME.”
The noise pierces my eardrums, blood gushing out of my eyes I SCREAM
But no sound can come out. Instead a crumbly mixture is shoved down my throat
“I JUST GOT HERE WANT TO TRY THESE COOKIES I FOUND THEM ON THE STREET”
I am blinded BLINDED.
By the bright bright light of
This infant’s eyes
SHINING with enthusiasm.
My senses are overwhelmed, i cant see, i cant breathe, i cant hear a word, deafened by the screeches.
LEAVE ME ALONE i manage to muster.
I run
Clomp
Clomp
Clomp
THEY FOLLOW.
I duck into a classroom, finally safe
As i turn and the door closes with a thud i expect silence but it only gets louder
My eyes finally focus and i see
Oh. no. they’re everywhere.
